Want to expand your friendship group with other parents in your community and get fit? Well this is the program for you! Our walking group allows parents to meet other parents in the community and improve their fitness. We meet at our SACC building and walk around our community area. There is plenty of opportunity to get any worries or share any importance news with others during our walk.

Sing & Grow

About 

Sing&Grow is a community driven music therapy project that provides services for young children and their families.

Programs focus on strengthening family relationships, building capacity in parents to support their children's development in the early years of life, and encouraging the use of music within communities.

This program will run for 6 weeks at our Schools as Community Centres building at Albion Park Rail Public School.

What to bring/wear

  • You will not be required to bring anything to this program

Moove & Groove Playgroup

About 

Need some time to relax and enjoy some music with your little one? This is the program for you! Our moove and groove playgroup has been designed to allow parents to socialise with other parents whilst your little ones learn. Music and movement has been proven to have a profoundly positive effect on children's learning and cognitive and physical development. This program also allows your child to socialise with other children their age. This program is for children aged 0-5 yrs. 

What to bring/wear

  • You are not required to bring anything to this program

Park Explorers

Thursday 

12:30pm-2:00pm

About​

Want to entertain the kids for a couple of hours, whilst having fun and making new friends? Our Park Explorers program is perfect for you! During this program, we will meet you at different parks (decided on the week prior) and catch up, whilst your children play at the park. This program allows your children to further their social and physical development and allows you to expand your social network. For further details on which park we will be meeting at please contact Natalie
